Modern home in the country with 1.4 acre lot!

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

This is beautiful home that you can grill and relax on your amazing deck that wraps around the whole home , It is so private and peaceful because you are above everything around you , it sit about 20 feet above the ground, and over looks the lake This is a with up grades to make it perfect for your stay . I love the most the fishing and relaxing on the big beautiful deck it also has a outside bath room with a bath tub and shower looking out over the lake.
