At the property lives only the family (3 people).The position enables to visit all the wonderful Tuscany as you can reach Florence (35 min) Siena (1 hour) Pisa, Lucca and you can also reach the sandy beaches of Tuscany in 50 minuts. The property is surrounded by olive trees and a panoramic garden where there is the pool only for the guests. At the property there are 2 dogs in a cage and a nice cat

Negli spazi principali della casa disponibili per gli appassionati di un biliardo con buche e di un pianoforte a coda. Giardino utilizzabile; parcheggio e biciclette in uso. It is at about 5 km from Lucca,medieval town, birth place of the opera composer Puccini. You can hike or bike ride on the river park, go to the seaside,only 20km away. You will like this place for the following reasons: light, intimacy, and peace. It is perfect for families, couples, groups, and people who work.

On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

La Guest House è all'interno di una proprietà privata con parcheggio ed ampio giardino. Su richiesta disponibili lettino ed altri accessori per bambini e neonati. Situata in piccolo borgo dotato di servizi e negozi.

Spesso sono fuori per lavoro, ma mi rendo sempre disponibile per le vostre richieste. Il nostro alloggio si trova a 400 mt dal paesino di Pedona, che offre 2 alimentari e 1 ristorante. Camaiore, a soli 8' di auto, offre servizi vari, negozi e supermercati. Abbiamo un Wi-Fi MOLTO PIGRO, ma la "connessione", non è la nostra priorità 😉
