En liten, koselig ettroms leilighet (26kvm) i toppetasjen på bygård på Majorstuen, mot Fagerborg. Veldig sentralt til alt, men samtidig et trygt og rolig strøk. Her er det sol store deler av døgnet, når årstiden tillater det! :) Leiligheta har en veggseng som er 1.40 m, som slås ut fra veggen (OBS: Denne er tung!).
