Confortevole e accogliente rustico siciliano situato nel borgo di Viagrande alle pendici dell’Etna. Arredato con mobili antichi di pregio, riscaldamento e aria condizionata. Il giardino di pertinenza è dotato di veranda coperta per trascorrere ore di relax. 3 camere da letto, di cui una matrimoniale per 4/5 persone, soggiorno-pranzo, cucina e bagno. Immobile con lavatrice, wifi, TV e uso di una bellissima piscina al sale. Da maggio a ottobre la piscina è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti.

Le finestre delle case si affacciano sull’orto e sul giardino, con cascate di gerani, gelsomini, oleandri centenari e il frutteto.
