If you are looking for a cozy getaway from the hustle bustle of the city/suburban life, this little gem is calling you! You will be nestled in our beautiful garden with our friendly chickens. Our backyard offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of Wodonga. The bungalow is cosy with its own bathroom and private courtyard where you can either hide from the world or use it as a base to explore the region. The enclosed backyard is safe for pets and small children. Please note that our place is popular with pet owners, and although I clean thoroughly, some guests have complained about a general smell of dogs. If you are sensitive to this, you may want to consider booking elsewhere.

Infants over 6 mths [ mobile - i.e. crawling and above ] are discouraged for safety reasons We are a well travelled couple who enjoy interacting with people. The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

Little Farm Accommodation

We are nestled in the foothills of the Victorian Alps,close to Bright. There is a crystal clear stream suitable for trout fishing nearby. Our little farm consists of cattle, chickens, two dogs, chestnuts and blueberries and bountiful Australia wildlife. The cottage(bedsit) is self contained and private, with one double and two single beds plus a very large shady garden with a BBQ and Gazebo. Pets are welcome. We very much welcome international travelers to this beautiful area.

SeeApollo is 1920's Bungalow with plenty of character. The original wing of the house includes stunning art deco features. This 7 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom home was renovated extensively in 2021. The lounge room includes a fireplace for cosy nights in. The front garden is a great place to enjoy and get away from it all. Close to town - a short walk to Apollo Bay Main Street and Beaches. Close to nature - with koalas in the trees across the road on Gambier St for much of the year.

A few minutes away are the beautiful beaches of Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads. The Bellarine Rail Trail makes for a lovely ride to Queenscliff for lunch or to explore. We have a friendly dog, and a lush garden to relax in.
