Little Monticello is a spacious 3 bedroom home one block away from the beautiful river front. Great walking paths. Walking distance to downtown Newburgh dining and shops. The master bedroom has a king size bed , bedroom # 2 has a queen size bed and dressing table. Bedroom #4 has a set of twin size bunks. Bedrooms 1&2 have TV’s in them. The side porch is great for relaxing or hanging out with the little ones. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the kitchen area behind the barn door.

Centrally located between Newburgh and Evansville makes this property a great option regardless if you are visiting for work or play. We are 15 min from Deaconees Sports Park, Goebel Soccer Complex, and Ford Center. The Warrick Wellness Walking Trail is only 400ft away. The Private Guest House is set on our property which is located on a corner (1.5 acre lot) close to the east side of Evansville. The convenient large circle drive makes it easy to enter and exit. The east side of Evansville offers Malls, Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, Entertainment, Gyms, Starbucks, and Theaters. The property is located only 10 minutes from Downtown and the Ford Center due to close proximity to Lloyd Expressway. Check out the Casino and Riverfront if you’re in the Downtown Area!

Our daughter married a sweet young man from here & we fell in love with this beautiful, friendly community and its adorable waterfront and downtown areas. Our location is also a great base for exploring Evansville, Owensboro, & Henderson.

Historic Downtown Newburgh

Restored 1938 home with original oak floors. You will have this sunny and homey house all to yourself. We have WiFi. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and only 3 blocks from the Ohio River and the River Walk. There are a couple of restaurants that overlook the river and within walking distance. We have plenty of grocery stores, pharmacies, gas, a theatre and only 10 minutes from the east side of Evansville. Newburgh is a great walking town with historical houses and civil war history.

Crouse’s North Ninety Lake House

If you want a place where you can be socially distanced, this is the place! (discounts for weekly or monthly stays.) The cabin is set in a 90 acre area surrounded by woods with two small lakes (fishing, walking trails and paddle boating available at no extra charge). There is only one other cabin on the 90 acres. Nearest town, Dixon (3 miles), Madisonville (20 miles, Henderson 21 miles), Evansville, IN (has a regional airport about 35 miles). Truly a relaxing getaway place.

There are two bedrooms with one equipped as an office space.
