Newly renovated home in North Eugene/Ferry Street area with approximately 1500 sq.ft. While in Eugene enjoy an Oregon Ducks football game, just 2 miles away, a round of golf at Oakway Golf Course only a 5 minute drive away, shopping at Oakway Center and many great restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops just minutes from the house.
