Nice cozy little house, peaceful, just painted, and remodeled, and it has room for your boat. Very close to the river, and the public launch ramp. Minutes from off roading. walking distant to the water, two bars that serve food and drinks. Parking at the house, 38 feet deep and 26 feet wide, there is a car port on the property that is 7 feet 4 inches high.
