Une grande table commune. Vous pourrez profiter d un extérieur de 1 000 m2 avec un petit coin détente équipé de fauteuils et de transats, d' une grande terrasse équipée d'une table et des chaises de jardin et d'un BBQ.

Maison familiale depuis sa construction dans le dernier quart du dix-neuvième siècle par un arrière grand-père du propriétaire, qui était vigneron, puis habité par la famille d'un de ses fils, lui-même vigneron. Elle est située au centre du charmant village d'Ousson avec une petite cour intérieure privative et sans vis-à-vis, très proche de la Loire. Elle dispose d'un garage accessible par la cour intérieure, et par la rue du 14 juillet.
