The H2O Weekender is the ultimate beach teeny tiny 120 sq ft house equipped with modest amenities. An adventurous pair will enjoy the H2O glamping experience. Opt for the secluded Crescent Beach to the East or the Atlantic Intracoastal H2Oway to the West, a perfect spot to drop-in a H2O craft or sea a spectacular sunset via the Green Street boat ramp. Upon booking the H2O Weekender a 5.0% Tourist Development Tax will be collected in addition to your booking rate imposed by St. Johns County.

There's a comfortable hybrid mattress for two plus an extra memory foam mattress for two and a tent with a crib size memory foam pillow. Kitchenette is nicely equipped. A fireplace for ambiance under the TV. The bathroom has all the necessities with a walk-in shower. Relax on the patio under the sun and stars.

The cottage is located close to downtown St Augustine, St Augustine beach, and St Augustine Amphitheatre, and just far enough away to get away from the congestion there. It is only 5 or 6 miles to all of those spots.
