We are renting a large, bright and new 80.00 m2 apartment that has a 15.00 m2 private terrace. The apartment has two bedrooms and one living room. Besides, the new MetroBus station 'Aguirre' is just one block away, connecting the area with the Palermo line D Metro station in just few minutes. Furthermore, the ‘Chacarita’ railway station is less than 5 blocks from the apartment. From there, the central railway station and bus 'Retiro' are just about 10 minutes away.
