One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Veranda recintata con spazio verde per il confort e la sicurezza del vostro cane. Ampio prato soleggiato. Al primo piano: cucina attrezzata (frigorifero, lavastoviglie, microonde forno ), zona giorno (TV ) bagno. Piano superiore: 'open space adibito a zona notte,con piccolo angolo office, wifi. Riscaldamento. Deposito biciclette e parcheggio privato.

A-Frame Cabin

The A-Frame Cabins are situated in a quiet location on the campsite. Maximum occupancy of 2 people. Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY small-sized dogs under 10kg allowed.

Genießen Sie die wundervolle Aussicht auf den Santner, Schlern und das Dorf Seis am Schlern! Auf der großzügigen Terrasse können Sie Sonne tanken, Essen und entspannt den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung ist am Waldrand gelegen und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle zur Seiser Alm Bahn.

Die Wohnung, die zu einem Bauernhof gehört, wird von Genovefa und Franz gemeinsam mit ihren Kindern verwaltet. Die Gäste schätzen diesen Ort für die isolierte Lage und die spektakuläre Aussicht. Our apartment is located in the peaceful village of St. Magdalena and offers a magnificent view of the Geisler Peaks, which are part of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage. The small apartment is on the first floor of a residential building and is simply yet lovingly furnished; the spacious balcony invites you to relax and unwind. The apartment also includes a garage. The Villnöss Valley is easily accessible by public transport and is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours.

Unser Bauernhof liegt auf 1175 m Meereshöhe, 15 Gehminuten oberhalb des Südtiroler Sonnendorfes Lajen. Wiesen und Wald umgeben unser Haus. Sie können wieder bewusst die Natur erleben, den Vogelstimmen lauschen und die saubere Luft atmen. Die artgerechte Tierhaltung zeichnet unseren Biohof aus. Im sonnenverwöhnten Dorf Lajen nur 500m von unserem Hof entfernt finden sie 2 Kirchen, 3 Gasthöfe, 1 Pizzeria, 2Geschäfte, 1Bäcker, 1Metzger, 1Apotheke, 1Bank.

Garden-level apartment with beautiful views of the village, located in a quiet but central residential area just 3 minutes from the center of town. It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Cozy living room with fireplace and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One parking space included; additional parking available upon request.

Located in a quiet area with mountain views, the bright holiday apartment 'Bergblick - Lärche' awaits you in Villnöss/Funes. The 50 m² apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a guest WC, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, and a TV. Your private outdoor area includes a balcony. You also have access to a shared garden and open terrace.

Muncion è un piccolo gioiello sopra Pera di Fassa, immerso nella quiete della Val di Fassa e con una vista che toglie il fiato. È il luogo ideale per staccare, respirare natura e ritrovare serenità. La posizione è perfetta: in pochi minuti si raggiungono i punti d’interesse principali in ogni stagione. La seggiovia per il Ciampedie è a 1 km, la cabinovia Buffaure a 3 km, mentre Canazei e Moena distano solo pochi minuti d’auto.

Villa Sonnenschein

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
