La casetta sul fiume è un grazioso bilocale di recentissima realizzazione dove il calore del legno tipico di una baita di montagna si mischia al moderno. Finemente arredata è dotata di tutti i comfort. La sua posizione è strategica.. lontana dal traffico seppur vicinissima al centro di Bormio.. La vista è spettacolare e spazia dal Monte Vallecetta alla cima del Tresero. Avrete a disposizione un ampio giardino attrezzato per i vostri pranzi all'aperto o per il vostro relax con vista!

Distante 6km da Arco, nelle vicinanze del Lago di Garda, ideale per una vacanza rilassante e home working, per gli amanti del trekking, MTB, arrampicata e passeggiate nella natura. Dotata di tutti i confort abitativi, dispone di ampio giardino recintato (300 mq), parcheggi auto privati e zona relax esterna per trascorrere serate in compagnia. Gli animali sono i benvenuti. ONLY one small-sized dog under 10kg allowed.

Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Blockhütte in den Bayerischen Alpen. Wir haben dieses Blockhaus mit viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut, da dies unser Beruf ist. Das Blockhaus befindet sich in der Nähe unserer Zimmerei und kleiner Landwirtschaft und befindet sich mitten im Dorf, Achtung nicht auf einem Berg oder auf einen Alm. Das Dorf lebt! Von ihrem Fenster aus können Sie gelegentlich beobachten, wie ein neues Blockhaus vorbereitet wird. Hier erleben Sie das Landleben hautnah!

Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.

Casetta Pramor

Casetta Pramor è una suggestiva baita immersa nella natura, ideale per una fuga dalla mondanità cittadina. Ristrutturata di recente, è dotata di uno spesso cappotto termico che la rende ideale in ogni periodo dell'anno: fresca d'estate e calda e accogliente in inverno. Pur distando poche centinaia di metri dal centro cittadino, gode di profonda quiete e riservatezza, ben predisposta per accogliere le famiglie, anche con animali.

Il mio alloggio è vicino a un bosco. E' sito su un prato ai piedi del monte Verdal. Isolato dal centro del paese, questo chalet, ti offre relax, contatto con la natura, un panorama mozzafiato e la privacy di cui hai bisogno per staccare dalla solita routine... Un paradiso.. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie e avventurieri solitari.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von der Schipiste und im Sommer der Wanderrouten. Die schönste Aussicht kannst du auf unseren 2 großen Sonnenterrassen genießen. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Familien (mit Kindern).Die Hütte ist auf ca.1000m Seehöhe mit wunderschönem Bergpanorama.
