We recently updated our cottage to provide modern convenience while maintaining the 100-year-old charm. This sweet home is easy to find and serves as a gateway to many beautiful sites including Bryce Canyon, Zion Canyon, Lake Powell, the Grand Canyon, and many more. Pinkie's Place is perfectly located to serve as a base as you explore our breathtaking scenery and a peaceful place to come "home" to.

The Stone Cottage

This cottage style home has a stone exterior with a wrap around porch and is surrounded by trees and bushes. At 1000 sq/ft, it is cosy and comfortable. It has two bedrooms, a loft, and a bathroom. The master is located on the ground floor with a king bed. An upstairs bedroom holds a queen and a semi private loft holds two twin beds. A queen fold away is in the living room couch. The kitchen cupboards are well stocked with cookware, coffee maker, slow cooker, waffle maker. Washer and dryer.

The Historic Rose Cottage at Zion National Park

The Historic Rose Cottage is a charming retreat located on the main street near the town center in Springdale and offers scenic views of Zion National Park. It is within walking distance of local restaurants, galleries, and shops. The property is also conveniently located steps away from the free park shuttle for easy access to the park. The property features a curated vintage atmosphere that is artsy, warm and inviting. Original oil paintings in the cottage are available for purchase.

Hidden Pioneer Cottage Historic Site

Come stay in our 1100 square foot historic (circa 1858) pioneer home. This modernized home offers conveniences while keeping its pioneer heritage. You will have this house to yourself with 2 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer. Restaurants and grocery options nearby. Close to Zion Nat'l Park, St. George, and Cedar City. A perfect place to relax and unwind. We look forward to meeting you! Best for small- sized families, or 1-2 couples.

The perfect place for one or two people looking for peaceful, clean, comfortable space to stay while exploring the National Parks, Panguitch Lake, fishing the Sevier, mountain biking, hiking, atving, and other endless outdoor activities. The cottage sits on a hill top overlooking the charming rural town of Panguitch and has 360 degree views of the beautiful mountain ranges of Southern Utah. Our comfy North Cottage is nestled in the heart of Springdale. This space comfortably sleeps 4 guests in 2 California King size beds. Traveling with 5? There's a single sofa sleeper in the cottage, too! A full bathroom & kitchenette provide the basic necessities needed to enjoy your stay. Take in the amazing views of Zion Nat'l Park from your room, the spacious outdoor deck above or from your private patio and be within walking distance to almost everything in Springdale!

Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park Cottage

Have a fantastic get-away in beautiful Hatch, Utah! You will find so many things to do such as... hiking, biking, riding your atv, taking the boat out, fishing plus so much more! It's centered between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. In the winter months we are about an hour and twenty minutes away from Brian Head. Hatch is a great location to travel year round, and our cottage can accommodate you through all of the seasons!

Make this two bedroom farmhouse cottage located in Orderville as your home base on your vacation to the wonders and beauties of southern Utah. Orderville is a small rural community with all of the necessities for your visit, i.e. gas station, grocery store, post office, restaurant, etc. Should you require anything other than necessities, you would need to bring them.
