Two terrace studio loft near the center

Quiet place 10 minutes from the three town fortresses and 5 minutes from the center will give You unique experience and put You in the focus of events in the city. You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.

Spacious studio apartment with beautiful sea view located on the promenade of the Old Town, right next to its main attraction the Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun. The apartment is on the first floor and has a comfortable King sized bed, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, TV, Airco and free WiFi. You can take a swim right in front of the house. The Roman Forum, Cathedral and St. Donat’s Church, as well as restaurants, cafés, markets and shops are just a short walk away.

Penthouse & chill out on the beach

Our house is situated in a quiet place on the beach in Central Dalmatia, just 15 minutes drive from the town of Sibenik. The surrounds are ideal for a relaxing holiday: walking, footing, cycling and visiting beautiful places such as Sibenik, Primosten, Trogir, Krka Waterfalls etc. The house has direct access to a nice pebbly beach (right in front, just 30 seconds walk) and amazing view on the sea. During your stay you can also relax in our lounge space in the garden.

Fyaka Loft Apartments features a garden with a barbecue and seating area. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are provided. All apartments are air conditioned and comes with a flat screen TV with satellite channels, newly furnished and feature a kitchen with seating and dining area. Kitchens are equipped with refrigerator, dish washer, cooking stove top, microwave, kettle and toaster. Whole the units have private bathrooms with a shower, towels and hairdrayer.

The large terrace of the airy and bright apartment on the top floor of our holiday home offers a great view of the nearby sea. The spacious studio offers approximately 65 square meters of comfort and space for two to four people, as the large studio can be separated into a bedroom and living room using sliding partitions. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine and air conditioning is of course also available.

Luxury Apartment Alma Loft is located in the heart of the city center of Zadar where you can hear its beat and feel the great history of this beautiful city. The apartment is air-conditioned and features a flat-screen TV, a living room with a sofa, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a private bathroom with a shower, bathrobes and a hairdryer. There is also a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle and a coffee maker.

This is a tastefully decorated, newly renovated and a very functional flat which is equipped with all amenities you will need. It is located on the top floor of a small residential building, with a beautiful old-fashioned stone staircase leading three flights up to the flat. The flat has breath-taking views of the bay, and each evening you will see the famous Zadar sunsets from your window.

My apartment is brand new with all furniture and equipment. One bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, kitchen with all utensils for cooking, living room with sofa bed for two, TV, air condition..., bathroom with shower cabin. Apartment also has a beautiful terace, grill place, and parking space.
