Beautiful spacious garden house close to the beach. A unique opportunity to stay in a romantic and spacious garden house in a beautiful and quiet residential area in Wassenaar, a suburb of The Hague. This place is ideal for visiting the cities of Leiden, The Hague, Delft, Amsterdam & Rotterdam. The nearest beaches are Wassenaarse slag & Scheveningen, both a short distance away and easily reached by bicycle or by car. Public transport is a 3-minute walk away. Thatched farm house (16th century) with alpaca's

Welcome to our charming thatched farm house anno 1650. The house is fully detached and situated on an old cheese farm. Recently completely renovated, it has a spacious living, kitchen, 3 bedrooms accommodating up to six persons. Situated along the hiking path 'Grote Polderpad', you can visit wind mills, spot waterbirds, and enjoy the alpaca's at our farm (shearing occurs this weekend). The house is ideally located for day trips to the beach, Leiden, Amsterdam, Keukenhof, Kinderdijk, etc.

Wij bieden een knus en sfeervol vakantiehuis van alle gemakken voorzien. Geheel gerenoveerd en mooi gestyled. U beschikt over een eigen ingang, een gezellige plaats/ tuin, en een schuur om evt. fietsen te plaatsen. Op 800 meter van het strand en dichtbij duin een heerlijke plek om te vertoeven. Verder is ons vakantiehuis een goede plek om vandaar uit tripjes te ondernemen naar bijv. De Keukenhof. Ook Leiden, Delft, Den Haag en Amsterdam zijn met de auto binnen een half uur te bereiken.

Our monumental farmhouse (1876) is close to the beautiful city of Leiden (10 minutes by car). Also close to Amsterdam (30 minutes), Schiphol AirPort (20/25 minutes), the Hague (20 minutes). The beautiful beaches of Katwijk and Noordwijk are only half an hour away. For people who love the outdoors; there are many cycling and hiking possibilities close by. This quiet and cozy accommodation is centrally located and tastefully decorated. Near the highway and within walking distance of the old center of Leidschendam. Also close to The Mall of the Netherlands. The ideal place for the real cycling or racing fanatic. Beautiful cycling routes can be started at a stone's throw. De wagenschuur staat op een voormalig boerenerf vlakbij Leiden, zee en plassen. Het is een prachtig groene omgeving met een bos in de achtertuin en 10 minuten met de fiets naar hartje centrum Leiden en 15 minuten met de auto naar zee. Verder ligt het tussen Amsterdam en Rotterdam en 10 minuten rijden naar Den Haag. De locatie is geweldig. Onze gasten kunnen gebruik maken van 1 parkeerplaats op het erf. Feestjes en huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.
