The house is situated on island of Hvar in rural part of the island. Both Basina and Mudri Dolac bays offer you tranquility and possibility of an escape from everyday life. Holiday home was built by an architect who wanted to use the full potential of the space he had. Interior and exterior of the house can give you an oppurtunity to have a relaxing holiday after the stress of everyday life. Additional bonuses of the house are a private pool in the beautiful garden and a sauna on the top floor.

The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!

On the second floor (attic) there is a third room with a small terrace. In the yard (ground floor) there is a bathroom, an outdoor kitchen, a dining table that guests can use as well as the host because it is a shared space.
