Our cosy & romantic beach house overlooks Whitsand Bay, Rame Head with wonderful ocean, sea & beach views. A short drive away from Mount Edgcumbe ,Plymouth, Torpoint, Looe, Seaton, Downderry, The Eden Project, Millbrook, Cawsand, Kingsands. The Beach Retreat

Escape to the popular 5 star beachside Cornish resort of Par Sands. Perfectly located for days out at the quaint harbour towns of Mevagissey, Polperro, Fowey, Charlestown as well as having The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Helligan close by. Our homely static caravan, comfortably sleeps 4, has a sofa bed for additional guests if required and is fully equipped with everything you could need. Park facilities are also available with our guest passes which include heated pool and tennis courts.

The house is in a superb location just a minutes walk from Looe Town centre and 5 minutes walk from Looe beach. It has Wi-Fi , five smart TV's and superb harbour views. The house has just been fully renovated and re-decorated to a very high standard and has a new kitchen, new bathrooms and all new furniture. Guests will also have use of a local indoor pool and free evening entertainment at a local holiday park. There is parking available at just £6 per day or free parking a short walk away.

Charlestown Harbour with many pubs and restaurants is a 20 minute walk along the cliff path or 5 minute drive away. Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
