Gaze at native bush and hills or watch the boats in the Bay. A wonderful place to chill out in the last of sun. Walking distance to bike tracks, the beach & marina/pub. Waikawa is a microclimate very sheltered and peaceful, private outdoor living on the guest patio, BBQ, Sheep on the farm 5 minutes to the safe swimming beach, 4 min to the local marina, Jolly Roger Café bar. 8 min drive to Picton's shops, restaurants and ferry terminal. There are many bush walks. Karaka Point Maori Pa Site is four km .

Stunning bush walks located close to the cottage, including a 25 min walk to Picton, Wakawa Marina and the scenic Mt Victoria. Just a 5min drive to either Ferry terminal, restaurants, bars and shopping in Picton High Street.
