We are located close to the Stone Store, Rainbow Falls, Charlies Rock and the shopping centre The Studio is a quiet and relaxing spot where you can just kick back and enjoy the space or a great location to base yourself if exploring Northland.

A Cut Above Lodge - Gateway to the Bay of Islands

A Cut Above is a trendy chic, almost that little bit special kinda place. A comfortable three bedroom house with modern furnishings giving you that home away from home. Situated in the country yet only 2 minutes from the Airport and 8 minutes into the township of Kerikeri where the local shopping and ‘must see’ attractions are there for you to enjoy. An ideal location to enjoy peace and quiet for those wishing to rest and relax or a fantastic base for those that want to explore the north.

This fully self-contained tiny home is quiet and relaxing in semi-tropical parklike grounds. Main cabin: Queen bed, lounge, full kitchen, bathroom with attached laundry. There is also a second cabin with a queen bed and small lounge for those who need an extra room. Adventure, rest, relax, or come for a romantic getaway, you choose. Main cabin has smart TV, Netflix, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and dryer. Air-conditioning and unlimited Wi-Fi in both cabins. 3 km from Central Kerikeri.

Totara House

Totara House is located in attractive and peaceful surroundings and is walking distance to Kerikeri, Stone Store and Rainbow Falls. The location makes it the perfect base to explore some of the amazing beaches, walks and activities in the Bay of Islands and further North. In Kerikeri check out the local Saturday market or buy wine, fruit, cheese and chocolate from local producers around Kerikeri. Kerikeri town centre is 5 minutes away by car and has supermarkets, post office all you need.

Shepherds Shack

The cottage is private, with own entrance. Set on 3 acres of pasture, overlooking native bush with a river, waterfall and swimming hole. Feed our Wiltshire sheep. BBQ, portacot highchair available. Air conditioning. Situated 10 minutes from Kerikeri township and 5 minutes to shopping centre in Waipapa. Central to Bay of Islands, Paihia, stunning beaches, Puketi forest, Stone Store, vineyards, and restaurants. A quiet secluded setting, the ultimate place to relax and unwind. Free Wifi.

Vineyard Glamping Russell - The Syrah Shack

Hidden inside native bush is our glamping hut named 'the syrah shack', which is nestled behind our syrah vines. The location is 10 minutes out of Russell township, in the Bay of Islands. You will have a vineyard, cellar door and eatery 1km from the hut. Escape your worries and get off the grid in our eco retreat. Enjoy the luxury of a super king bed and the serenity of an outdoor camping style kitchen, hot shower, composting toilet and the best bit is an outdoor bath for two!!

Country Cottage

The Cottage has been completely refurbished in 2016, retaining some of its charming features with up-dated modern facilities, and is fully self contained. Sleeping arrangements for up to 8 people. Set amidst a half hectare of park like surroundings, orchards and fields. Located 2 km north of Waipapa. Ideally situated for access to restaurants, galleries, country markets, beaches, walkways, historic places, crafts, water sports, native forests, theatres and the Bay of Islands.

Kiwi calls and sunrises by the Kerikeri inlet.

Get ready for family fun in this peaceful 3 bedroom home. Overlooking the Rangitane reserve, watch from the deck as the kids play tennis or swing at the playground. Only 200m to the boat ramp to access the beautiful Bay of Islands. 15 minutes to supplies in Kerikeri or Waipapa. 8 minutes to Doves Bay marina. Little ones can swim at high tide at the reserve. Kayak around the inlet and catch a snapper, or wander the nearby bushtracks. Listen out for the local kiwi at night.

Waikotare

Waikotare is situated a short 10 minute drive from the airport and central Kerikeri. Relax in peaceful surroundings, with a waterfall, river and abundant bird life. Waikotare is an ideal 'Home' base to visit the Bay of Islands and beyond - or corporate traveller. Your suite is one end of a long country house, with separate easy access, covered parking and private deck (bbq available) with lovely view. A continental breakfast is included with your stay.

Conifer Cottage - a quiet slice of paradise

Conifer Cottage, 8 km from Kerikeri village is a very spacious and comfortable self catering retreat that features a kitchenette, separate bathroom and laundry, large bedroom/lounge and a veranda including a bbq for enjoying outdoor meals. All of this overlooking a peaceful garden. Very easy self check in/check out process - key is in the door. No cleaning fee. EV vehicles: charging by request. Fast and reliable wifi.

Two Bedroom "MoonShine" Cottage

The perfect family getaway cottage. Quiet, very spacious grounds, pool, friendly animals and everything you need to relax and explore the area. It has a large open plan living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Its double glazing, full insulation, heat pump/aircon and mosquito screens make this self standing cottage the perfect base to explore all the amazing sights the Bay of Islands has to offer.

The Cowshed Cottage

A peaceful rural rustic space to retreat and relax yet minutes from town amenities and the main Northland route. Nestled in the grounds of a 9 acre property half-way along a country cul-de-sac the cottage is contained within a converted mid-century milking shed made cosy, comfy and self-contained, characterised by quirky charm and surrounded by gardens and birdsong. Easy access, no check-in required.
