Beachside B & B

The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

Free Carpark, Close to City & Ferry, Views & Patio

This one bedroom with a free park is located on the edge of the city and has an outdoor private patio. A short walk to town, Sky stadium, railway station, waterfront, restaurants and shops. A perfect place to stay overnight if catching the ferry, a quick 5 minute's drive away. Situated on the top two floors, you will have magnificent day and night views of Wellington city and the sea. This well-equipped self-contained space is a great spot for a weekend, stopover, holiday or business trip.
