Reg #3261. Our little red cabin was built in 1915, upgraded in the ‘50s, and enlarged in the ‘70s - acquiring quirky mountain charm over the years. The cabin is on a quiet lot in a residential neighborhood about 1.5 miles south of downtown & Lake Estes. (No A/C. No pets.) With a large bedroom, a full bath, small kitchen, sleeping for 2 additional guests in shared spaces, washer/dryer, & great wildlife viewing, this rustic cabin is perfect for an Estes Park vacation. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. This historic yet modern 500 square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway for us and wanted others to share this experience too. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to the Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire.

Yampa Blue Tiny Home is a cozy, modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath with high vaulted ceilings, natural light & a back patio looking out to the mountainside. This modern tiny home is perfect for a single or couple. It has a queen bed & dining area table. It is in close proximity to a community BBQ, yard games & campfire in the summer. This cabin has a small kitchenette for simple cooking. Feel free to bring your cooler, camp stove and a bag of ice. Kick back and keep it simple.

Adjacent to Routt National Forest and the Zirkel Wilderness. Nestled in the aspen and pines with private trails for hiking, biking, xc ski and snowshoe. 4wd or AWD preferred travel in winter. The Marmots, will often make an appearance. Wildlife abounds, moose, deer, elk pronghorn, bear, wolf and fox as well as many species of bird call this special place home. The spacious deck overlooks the forest and the mountains as well as the warm water ponds.
