One of the highlights is its deep water access, perfect for boaters and water enthusiasts. A spacious two-story dock allows room for sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying the water. The swim deck and ladder, as well as provided kayaks and paddle boards, allow the kids and kids-at-heart hours of fun in the water.

Hurricane Sally provided the wood when she deposited a pile of docks on our Ft Morgan property. The natural wood interior is lovely! One of a kind!
