We are located in the hills of central VT, close to hiking, skiing and swimming. Disconnect to reconnect! Our homestead is based on permaculture landscape design. Unwind in the traditional Finnish Sauna, relax by the living pool, or kick back in an Adirondack chair looking out at the hills of VT. We have an ideal environment for digital detox. Recently renovated, we now have 2 master bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. A guest bedroom with a queen bed & fireplace and a 6-person bunk room and a 3rd full bathroom.

Our original treehouse, "The Bird’s Nest" is open May-Oct. WiFi avail at the barn! Cell svc works! No pets.

The Resort features two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, hot tub, indoor and outdoor clay and Har-Tru tennis and Pickleball courts, updated fitness center, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, badminton and children's playground. Tennis lessons and clinics available on site. Both gas and charcoal grills are available. Two Fire pits located just outside outdoor. Plenty of convenient parking.

Commercial Washer/dryer. Big new chef's kitchen w/Bosch dishwasher (quiet) and Kitchen Aid 5 burner range, steam/convection oven and Sharp drawer microwave in 2024. Desk and office chair. Outdoor fire pit w adjustable grill . King Bed added July 25. Comfy bedding. Secluded, quiet yet accessible.

*Burlington’s 1st Spa + Stay. Recently renovated and upgraded! We added a sauna, a cold plunge, upgraded bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!
