The condo is within walking distance (5 minutes) to Clay Brook Hotel, where many weddings are held.

Incredible views from this fantastic house set on 4 acres central to all activities in the Valley - hiking, biking, skiing, fun at the river. Skiing, snow biking 10 minutes away at Middlebury Snow Bowl and Rikert crosscountry. Sugarbush and Killington half hour drive. Snowshoeing and hiking right behind house in the Green Mountain National Forest. Easy drive to river swimming holes and lakes. Excellent restaurants in Waitsfield and Middlebury - about half hour. Good restaurant, cafe, small grocery store, in Rochester, 4 miles. Great location, beautiful views, lovely little house, totally private, romantic.

Forest Hideaway

Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails are nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.
