This is our personal home we use when lucky enough to be in the area. Our daughter married a sweet young man from here & we fell in love with this beautiful, friendly community and its adorable waterfront and downtown areas. Little Monticello

Little Monticello is a spacious 3 bedroom home one block away from the beautiful river front. Great walking paths. Walking distance to downtown Newburgh dining and shops. The master bedroom has a king size bed , bedroom # 2 has a queen size bed and dressing table. Bedroom #4 has a full size bed.. Bedrooms 1&2 have TV’s in them. The side porch is great for relaxing or hanging out with the little ones. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the kitchen area behind the barn door.

This newly remodeled house is minutes from major shopping areas, Gateway Hospital, and Deaconess Sports Park. It is also only five minutes from St. Vincent Hospital. Situated on a dead end street, the safe quiet neighborhood is easy to navigate to to all major chain restaurants, highways, and roads. The off street parking includes a carport and concrete drive for multiple vehicle.

You will be welcomed by 3,400 square foot updated home. Great for families, and business travelers yet cozy enough for 2-4 as downstairs sleeps up to 4, full bath, dedicated work space. Upstairs has 3 more bedrooms, 2 full baths, bedroom suite great for kids, 1 full bed and bunk beds full bottom, twin top. Trundle under bunk beds only for toddler. Please review photos as house sleeps 11, we only have 7 beds, 3 being in kids suite. Game room w/ PacMan, toys. Have central air & heat.
