It has a kitchen, dining room, lounge ,and 3 bathrooms and 2 of them are downstairs, with five large bedrooms, and a bathroom upstairs. It has 7 beds (2 king beds that can be separated into singles) and sleeps up to 12. Great house for groups or families. The bedrooms are named in ode to Fletcher Jones , a Warrnambool icon :The ‘Pattern room’, ‘Fabric Cutting room’, ‘Sewing room’ and ‘Fitting room’ and 'Button Room'....
