It's a short walk to Old Town's shops, galleries, and restaurants—but the cottage is in a quiet spot. NEW for Summer 2020 ~ The City just installed a Summit Bike Share electric bike station a couple hundred yards from the home (about a 3 minute walk) that gives you access to the electric bike share program anytime in the warmer months. The electric bikes are a great way to explore town. The Main Street Trolley stops about 30-40 steps from the home. It goes up and down Main St and to the Old Town Transit Center, where you can take free buses to all 3 resorts and places like the factory outlet mall, grocery stores, etc. Minimum stays: winter ski season = 5 nights Sundance Film Festival = 9 nights all other = 2 nights The cottage is located at the top of historic Main Street. It's a quick walk to Old Town's shops, galleries & restaurants—but the cottage is in a quiet spot. It's also fun to sit on the front porch in the rocking chairs and chat with hikers and neighbors. The City installed an electric bike station a couple hundred yards from the home (about a 3 minute walk) that gives you access to the electric bike share program anytime in the warmer months. After a long day of adventure slide into the hot tub or the more private double shower or oversized Master Tub. Close to the Hobble Creek Golf Course, a city park with lake & beach, hiking trails, restaurants & other fun shopping. Within 1.5 hrs of 8 ski resorts.

Stylish Boho Home Private backyard

A beautiful, private retreat with a private backyard featuring a large mature tree that stands over 100 ft tall, surrounded by a large deck with seating for gatherings of any size. We welcome Small Dogs (sub 35lb) $50/day. This will be billed separately. IMPORTANT: We do not allow parties at this house. We've had some locals rent this space and be very disruptive to our neighborhood. Please book somewhere else if you're looking to throw a party.
