Approx 5 miles from town, quiet, very few neighbors, 2 catch/release ponds, 10 acres with trails in woods and creek to explore. 2 golf greens approx 115yds apart, horseshoes, grill and firepit wood too! Brenham Golf 1mi. for 18 Holes, 12 min to Deep in the Heart, 30 min RT, 40 min CS! We have a sweet and friendly female Belgium Sheppard on the property. Please leave her outside of home. Plenty of things to cook for breakfast in kitchen. Milk, eggs, sausage, bacon, coffee, biscuits, etc.

Nada Ranch

The bungalow has a well-equipped kitchen, recently remodeled bathrooms, and a cozy space for creating special moments. Nada Lake can be viewed from inside the Great Room that features a wall of windows. Gather inside on a cold evening around a wood-burning fireplace. Watch wildlife and sunsets from the porch. The bungalow is 15 minutes from Round Top. Enjoy the Round Top Antique Show, Festival Hill Music Institute, and the Pioneer Unit's Herbal Forum. Then return to quiet and relaxation.

Built in 1900 of European craftsmanship, The Cottage at Chappell Hill is a farmhouse cottage perched above a small pond. It faces Main Street in the heart of a Hallmark-type small town (population: 300). Downtown is only 1/2 mile away with unique shops, diners, landmarks. Brenham is 8 miles away. Formerly owned by artist Kiki Newmann, the cottage has been known as the “Healing House” for decades. It’s the perfect place to unwind, celebrate, and create cherished memories.

The Hideout

The property features rolling hills with groves of massive live oak trees. The house includes a large deck, two bedrooms, and open kitchen-living room, and a carport. You are welcome to go fishing for largemouth bass during stay.

We also have a 3 acre pond on property to enjoy catch and release fishing and swimming (life vest recommended!). Smokeless firepit for hours of story telling, marshmallow roasting, and relaxing. Contemporary farm guesthouse 10 minutes from Round Top, Texas. Views of large pond and woods on 48 private acres. Easy access from highway 290 and close to the antiques but removed from the crowds!
