This Booking's Amazing! You'll love it! This upstairs Room is a Master Suite! It has a Queen bed, 6 ft Garden Bathtub & Separate Shower. There's a space heater in winter & small work table & Chair. You have Your own Washer, Dryer & mini-Refrigerator with a little table & two chairs in the Walk-in-Closet. Breakfast is simple & convenient, cereal, bread, fruit, Almond milk, Yogurt, Cream Cheese. It's just there if you need it. There's a nice picnic area in the back yard as well.

The home is located only .6 miles to the entrance of Zion National Park and is Situated on 2.5 acres of green lawn and desert landscaping that offer stunning views of the canyon from any one of our many balconies and sitting areas. Included in your stay are hearty, homemade breakfast burritos to-go and coffee to fuel your day of hiking and adventure. The house is decorated with art from local artisans, native decor, and charming antiques acquired over 20 years of operation.

ZION'S MODERN B&B - Heller House Inn-Upstairs Rm 3

We encouraged you to just crawl out of your new bed and have breakfast in the cozy robes that are provided for your stay…..just like home. Our great room coffee/tea center has a Keurig that is available to you 24/7. And, for your convenience, each room has its own designated refrigerator in the guest kitchen. Breakfast service has been discontinued since Covid but the guest kitchen is stocked with some breakfast items for you.

Zion Suite

Zion's Suite is a newly renovated, private room with your relaxation and privacy in mind. You have your own private entrance into the room with a private bathroom and kitchenette. A private driveway is provided with off street parking is provided. The rest of the home is occupied by a family with two small dogs. We try our best to be respectful of our guests and keep the noise to a minimum. Please come and enjoy your stay!
