This unique and beautiful craftsman home, originally built in 1917, is a piece of history with original hardwoods throughout and just the right combination of modern updates and classic craftsman charm. Our efficiency has a private entrance, full bathroom, king bed and living room space. Coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer and mini frig are in suite, with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board available in laundry room on site. Easy access to fenced backyard and fire pit. We are pet friendly!

We have 4 queen bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 den areas, gourmet like kitchen, pool table room and theatre room. Plus, there are 2 outdoor living spaces that include a dining table, fire pit table, hot tub and Blackstone grill. The Bristol Casino is in our backyard and is literally steps off the patio.

The apartment has upgraded wifi, work space for your tablet, or device. Roku tv, full-size kitchen, and private bedroom with queen bed . Sofa bed suitable for two children, or, one adult. The backyard patio includes a play house for children with swings, slide, and zip line. Creeper Trail access from stay via the Abingdon Urban Pathway.

Hoss’s Tiny House

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

No cleanup chores! Hard Rock Cottage has a bright, open dining area/sun room with a 55 in TV and coffee bar for catching up on the news or watching the game with friends. It has a great outdoor area with comfortable seating and a fire-pit for staying warm on cold nights. For any gamers out there we have an arcade game cabinet with 100s of games and a foosball table.
