Only a 15-min. drive from downtown Greenville, you'll have easy access to all the city has to offer. Plus, as locals, we're more than happy to share our favorite recommendations with you!

Relax in this cozy 500 sq ft studio apartment nestled in the River Bend community. Located within a mile of the River Bend Country Club you have access to golf, a marina, kayak launch, community park, local restaurants and more. Only five miles from historic downtown New Bern, and Tryon Palace, you can enjoy shopping in town or take a 45 minute drive to Atlantic Beach. This quiet retreat is all at ground level with a private patio. It is wheelchair friendly with wide doorways and no stairs.

Well-appointed guest cottage in historic New Bern offers all the comforts of home while situating you under 0.5mi from city center. Private bedroom and en suite downstairs, king bed in loft. Kitchen does not have a stove/oven but includes microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, fridge, blender, kettle. Please use our little library to discover new and old treasures!

Interior is paneled in locally sourced Poplar with Cedar accents. Beadboard and custom ceramic tile compliment the bathroom. Sleeping options: foldout couch downstairs and futon in loft. *Watch Bald Eagles, Geese, Heron and Osprey from 2 elevated decks a stone's throw from the water!
