Modern tiled shower/bath with a european style shower rod. Comes with your own outdoor space, gas grill, table and chairs. Street parking is always available, no zones to deal with. The address scores a walkability rating of 88 'Very Walkable" on Walkscore, with bus routes 2, 8, 48 and 84 less than .2 miles away. You can always find a parking spot right out front. There are no parking restrictions on our street. Uber is also very convenient in our area, with pick up times often less than two minutes.
