Tucked away in the woods at the end of an unmade track, the Roundhouse is a cosy, picture-perfect 18th-century smallholder’s cottage. Nestled by a stream with its own waterfall, large garden, and luxury hot tub (optional extra), it’s the perfect place to unwind and relax in peaceful surroundings. Deceptively spacious, it comfortably sleeps 4 and is ideal for couples, walkers, cyclists, and nature lovers. Endless glorious walks start from the front door, with a hot tub to soak in when you return.

The Old Granary is a darling little romantic, snuggly, private hideaway. Within the pretty village of Stogumber nestled between the Quantocks and Exmoor (AONB) with lime plastered walls, a cute wood burner, + underfloor heating in the winter. Kingsize hand made bed, linen covers, wool duvet. Simple kitchen, with fridge freezer, oven and induction hob, little shower room. Outside a tiny private courtyard, with steps to a garden. Surridge Cottage - Peaceful retreat

Surridge Cottage is an idyllic cottage set within it's own private garden on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cottage has been fully renovated and decorated to a luxuriously high standard. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and take in the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside either sat in the hot tub or snuggled up inside by the wood burner. It is a great base for exploring Exmoor and the neighbouring towns of Dulverton and Bampton, boasting amazing shops and restaurants.

Hidden Cottage, Porlock

Located centrally in Porlock village, this cosy cottage is tucked away in the small winding back lanes. The cottage has an open plan sitting/dining room with log burner and French doors opening out onto its own private decking area, perfect for enjoying morning coffee in the sunshine. Porlock is the perfect base for exploring the unique Exmoor countryside, with the moor on its doorstep and the beach one mile away. Dogs are welcome at Hidden Cottage, we ask for a £10 fee, towels are provided.

Sammy Hakes Cottage is unique, & situated in the heart of the popular seaport town of Watchet. This is the ideal place for a romantic stay. Every window has a beautiful view of the harbour & Bristol Channel. The sunrises & sunsets are truly spectacular and you are only a stone's throw away from all of the local amenities, some of which are award winning. This stunning property also benefits from having a small private patio where you can relax with a glass of wine overlooking the harbour.

Pennywood Garden Cottage

A detached cottage set in four acres enjoying a secluded position on the edge of the Exmoor National Park. The medieval village of Dunster is a 10 minute stroll away with pubs, restaurants, small shops, tea rooms and Dunster Castle (NT). The area is ideal for woodland, coastal and moorland walks. Minehead is a few miles away with its beach, shops, golf course and steam railway. The owners live in the adjacent cottage and are pleased to welcome you and be of any help during your stay.

1 Coastguard Cottages is one of a terrace of five Grade 2 listed houses built in 1877 for the Admiralty. It is situated on the edge of Minehead bay with panoramic views over the Bristol Channel to the islands of Steepholm and Flatholm and the Welsh coastline. It is just steps from the start of the South West Coast Path and a perfect location for a family holiday. Walks from the front door give quick access to the Exmoor National Park on North Hill.
