We are less than 1km from Dungarvan Town centre, just 500metres to the closest beach and if hiking is on the agenda, it is only a 10minute drive to hiking trails of the Comeragh mountains. Castle View Lodge

Rural location. Castle View Lodge is set in a quiet country area, 10 minutes drive from Waterford City. We are 35 minutes from Kilkenny's Medieval City, 1 hour from Rosslare Harbour, 1.5 hours from from Cork, 1.5 hours from Dublin. Waterford Greenway (46km cycle/ walk, can be done in whole or part) is a 10 min drive The beautiful Copper Coast with its beaches and coves are 30-35 mins drive. Our local country Pub is a 10 min walk and nearest village is a 10 min drive for any essentials.

The Hay Shed

A lovely unique Hay Shed, situated beside the Apple Shed Airbnb, and on the grounds of a family home with parking and its own private gardens at the back. A 2 minute drive to Ladys Island Close to beaches, great for swimmers, surfers walkers, bicycles available 20 minute drive to Wexford town or visit Johnstown Castle, Heritage park, Hook lighthouse, JFK Park, Rosslare Strand, Kilmore Quay, and Dunbrody famine ship 8 minute drive to Rosslare Harbour Ferry to England, France or Spain

The Studio in the Sky

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

The Outhouse, Sceach House. Greenway 10 min .

The Outhouse is located in our garden and guests have use of a private outdoor sitting area and parking . Stradbally village and both village beaches are 5 and 10 minutes walk away. The coastline between Stradbally and Tramore is stunning and unspoilt and the Comeragh Mountains are only a short drive. Access to the Greenway and bike hire is a 10 minute drive. The medieval seaside town of Dungarvan is a 20 minute drive, and the medieval city of Waterford is 35 minutes.

This property has been converted from stables into a large 2 bedroom apartment with hot tub suitable for maximum 6 people. near the main house (also available to rent for larger groups up to 12 people) and an adjacent studio apartment. It has 2 large bedrooms with super king beds and memory foam mattresses.Each bedroom has blackout blinds and electric Velux blinds.
