This pet friendly 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhome has everything! It offers a cozy living room, stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, screened in patio, & 2 parking spaces. The upstairs balcony is currently under revision & cannot be used. Both bedrooms offer large closets & Roku TVs. The front bedroom has a king size bed & the back has a queen size. The couch also pulls out to sleep 2. On the same road as OCI & minutes from Lee U & I-75. If you need more space for guests ask about our 3 adjacent units.

Hemlock Cottage - An enchanting place to stay!

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

The Cottage at Acqua Dolce

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

Cozy in the Country

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in the country, only 10 minutes west from I-75. This newer 3/2 home sits on 3 acres. The exterior features a large back deck with patio furniture and canopy, along with a partially fenced in back yard for your family pet. The main area of the home has a wonderful open concept with newer furniture and large screen TV. Pets are welcome; Dogs under 20 lbs, and no cats. When making reservation please include breed of dogs.
