The Studio at 217 is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in as-yet-to-be-discovered East Asheville. This cozy, light filled space is attached to a corner of our handmade log home, with it's own private entrance and designated parking. Our property abuts Blue Ridge Parkway land, so it's a short hike on a clear trail through the woods to the Mountains-to-Sea Trail or the Parkway. The Studio is 15 mins from the Biltmore, just 12 mins from downtown, and one mile from a local grocery store.

Wi-Fi, Netflix, and gas fireplace, fire-pit, laundry and a full kitchen set up. Pets must be approved before booking.

Located in Franklin, NC and about an hours drive to Asheville, Cherokee, Maggie Valley, Bryson City and Clayton, GA! Waynesville is alive and well after the devastating floods that hit our area on September 27. Our area has been heavily impacted, but Main Street along with all of its shops, restaurants, bars, galleries, etc. are open and welcoming visitors as always. Frog Level lost several shops but the brewery and coffee shop are still open. Check out all that downtown Waynesville has to offer from this hip newly renovated apartment.
