Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country with all the conveniences of the city just 10 minutes away! This beautiful home is located on a full acre in a quiet country subdivision. Includes shared use of the playground, fire pit, grill, patio, and even a few chickens! Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

Ogden Oasis

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Central to Ogden, town is approx. 5 min away, and resorts are within 30-45 minutes. Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, this place has all you need for your travel stay; featuring a kitchenette, washer/dryer, bathroom, queen murphy bed, dining table, sitting area, work desk, WIFI, Cable, and free parking close to the private entry door. No cleaning fees! Also, guests have access to an outdoor enclosure for traveling pets who need a stretch.

This is a suite inside our home with a private entrance. Includes a spacious bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, huge closet, and “kitchenette” set-up. Stylish, spacious, and peaceful. Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

Doxey Home

Come stay in our cozy basement unit! We re did the bedrooms in July 2025! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. You’ll have a private entrance to the downstairs

The District Lofts is the 2nd story of a renovated 1907 building in downtown Ogden, UT. Loft A is one of 4 units on the second floor. It is a fun mix of old and new with the original brick walls, wood floors, and wood structure but modern baths, kitchen and bedrooms. It is two-bedrooms and two-baths, loft style. Modern amenities with wifi, cable tv, private parking stall, ski and bike storage. Immediate walking distance to theaters, restaurants, entertainment, museums and so much more.

Basement apartment. We live upstairs. 1.6 miles/6 minute drive to closest shopping/restaurants, 7 miles/18 minutes to downtown Ogden. Sleeps 6 best. Air mattresses for 2 more. Beautiful views, close to the North Ogden divide for ski resorts and Pineview Reservoir. Enjoy the air hockey, foosball, skee-ball, arcade, pinball, pool and ping pong table, along with the basketball game. Enjoy your favorite show, or OG Nintendo on the big screen. Unwind after a day on the slopes in the hot tub.

A shuttle located 40 yards from condo can take you to and from Powder mountain. Relax in the hot tub after hitting the slopes. King size bed in the master. Queen pull out bed in the living room.
