Close drive, kayak or bike to Rogers Park, boat ramp, marina & restaurants. Corner lot w/2 sides canal frontage & 20 ft dock you can safely swim off or dock your boat. Not on main river;serene wildlife viewing instead of crowds. Manatees right off the dock. 5 kayaks & 4 bikes included. 4 guests, no pets.

Cooper Cabin is a super cute and sparkling clean stand alone studio with a full eat-in kitchen and bath. Due to allergies of visiting family & friends we do NOT ALLOW PETS OR COMPANION ANIMALS, so you can rest assured that animal allergens will NOT be an issue! Located within walking distance of all things Tarpon Springs and just a short 7 min drive to Fred Howard Beach, Cooper Cabin is decorated with fun decor and a relaxing front porch balcony with bistro set. Bikes and beach gear provided!

Weeki Wachee Barefoot Cottage, Waterfront, Kayak’s

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful corner lot cottage on a canal off of the Weeki Wachee river with two sides of water only a short paddle to crystal clear water just North of hospital hole . And I’m super excited to let everyone know the seawall has just been completed looks amazing definitely has transformed our property. The next phase will be a dock so as of now no dock so if you like to bring a boat only people with power poles will be able to do so . No where to tie off yet .

Spotted Dance Ranch is a small guest ranch and horse breeding facility that has been hosting guests since 2014. Come stay in our cozy Cowboy Cottage located on the beautiful ranch grounds, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the ranch located adjacent to the Croom Tract of the Withlacoochee State Forest! 2 people max cozy cottage with all the amenities of home with a lakefront view. There's a firepit for those colder nights and kayaks & peddleboats for the more adventurous ones, or just sit back and take in some sun on our beautiful dock. Centrally located in between the Veterans Expressway and I 275, minutes from shopping, Lake Park, Adventure Island and Busch Gardens ...Lutz has something for everyone, don't let your friends and family stay in a hotel, we've got it all waiting right here!

A Dream Cottage!!!

This property has 200 feet of river frontage. It is located next to Rogers Park & beach on the Weeki Wachee river. The living facility is a renovated trailer and large vestibule with a bar and screened patio area. There are a charcoal grill, kayaks, cable TV and Wifi available for entertainment. The location is peaceful for your enjoyment!
