Settle in & relax! Our condo is located right on the Three Nines Golf Course in Welches, Oregon. There's limitless fun to be had in the Mt. Hood forest and surrounding wilderness areas. Just a short drive up the mountain is multiple ski resorts offering world class skiing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, fishing... the list goes on! When you're all done for the day, cozy up by the wood-burning fire place in the winter, or open the back slider in the summer and watch the golfers and wildlife.

Located near the end of a quiet dead end road in Welches, Oregon. Short path to Sandy River. Easy access to HWY 26 and only 15 minutes to Government Camp or Sandy Ridge mountain biking. Enjoy the relaxing surroundings while staying in a newly renovated cabin with all the comforts of home. 2 night min. stay seasonally/Fri/Sat but possibly accept a 1 night stay...just ask. Less than an hour from Portland, this quiet cabin in the woods is the perfect place to come home to after a day of skiing, hiking, golfing or whatever fun activity you found on Mt. Hood! It sits on 1.5 acres that backs up to the forest. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games to keep you occupied while at the cabin as well. The fire pit is great for roasting marshmallows and the hot tub provides relaxation after a fun day on the mountain.

Niksen House: Scandanvian style Cabin at Mt. Hood

*water pressure issue has been fixed! Niksen House is located just outside of Mt. Hood National Forest, 20 minutes from ski areas and an hour from Portland. The cabin is in a rural residential community and sits next to a 1/2 acre lot giving it an off-the-grid feel with all of the on-the-grid amenities.
