Welcome to our River House! Used mostly by our family and friends, we're offering available dates to courteous families and others who will treat it like their own. Relaxation at its finest. This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. A dock for your small boat or seadoo is also available. Canoe and life jackets provided.

Swan’s Nest

Swan’s Nest is nestled between the American narrows portion of the main channel of the St. Lawrence River and peaceful Swan Bay. This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river stone gas fireplace as the focal point of the main floor, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and king master suite. Downstairs is a cozy sun room with a fireplace, and an Irish pub style bar room. To the rear, double decks overlook the wide lawn and waterfront access to Swan Bay.

The Lakeview cottage

Our cottage is the perfect place to relax with family or a few friends, and enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by beautiful scenery. It is very private and you will have the entire property and cottage to yourself. it’s the perfect peaceful hideaway. The cottage is warm and cozy with gorgeous views of cranberry lake Our place is Great for nature walks, biking, swimming and enjoying the outdoors. Also for fishing/ice fishing and snowmobiling trails are close by.

Accessible by private road with plenty of parking or launch your boat at DeWolf State Park and in 30 seconds, arrive at the cottage and moor your boat during your stay. Welcome to Pointer's Cabin (named after our two German Shorthaired Pointers)! We love our little cabin in the woods and can't wait for you to enjoy it too. The house comfortably sleeps 6 and has a large yard with a spacious deck that has enclosed railings to keep pets and kids safe! The deck is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or your nightly cocktails!
