Walk through the woods to the gorgeous salt marsh at the Pilgrim Springs conservation area, just down the dirt road from the house. We are so glad to share our home with you! "Light on the Mayo" is a newly built, finely appointed, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage located across the road from the famous "Mayo (swim) Beach" in Wellfleet Bay. The cottage was built in 2018 and is incredibly cozy with unobstructed views of Mayo Beach and Wellfleet Harbor. It also has excellent privacy and high-end amenities. The house includes central heat and air conditioning in each bedroom as well as the living room. It has a modern kitchen with a beautiful dining nook.

Located in Wellfleet Center, enjoy this sublime 528 sq. foot cottage - only 10 minutes from beaches and ponds in any direction. Near Winslow's Tavern, Wellfleet Marketplace, Hatch's, Uncle Tim’s Bridge, Mac's Shack and Wicked Oyster. This 1925 bungalow is the perfect site for a couple or a family 2 adults/2 young children - NOT 4 adults. Linens, ac, cable provided. Parking for ONE vehicle. June - Sept =7 day minimum with Sunday check-in. No pets or 3rd party booking.

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.
