Home away from home Khandallah

Welcome to my home! Drive/park to front door, no steps.. safe free off-street parking. Breakfast provided. You have top level of my house to yourself; sometimes you may see me arrive through my garage door. Bathroom shower, toilet; lounge area, double bedroom, queen size very comfortable bed, patio. Sunny, expansive views! 10 mins walk to train; 10-15 mins drive to Ferries, Sky Stadium, City Centre. Parking area at front door, large enough for camper van/2 small cars. NO TV upstairs.

Finnimore House Blue Room

The Blue Room is the premium guest room in Finnimore House (see our other listing). We offer a traditional bed and breakfast hosted welcome. Finnimore House is a large, historic Wellington home, reputed to have been built for Sir Julius Vogel around 1870. It is close to the central city, with good public transport available, yet quiet and surrounded by bush, with the sounds of native birds right outside your window. The Blue Room is of Victorian proportions, warm, comfortable and inviting.

Tui Studio

A large fully self contained studio in the heart of Seatoun. Minutes from Wellington Airport. Quiet, cosy accomodation with all amenities. Great sea views from the balcony. Small kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, laundry facilities with its own private deck looking out to sea. Tea/coffee provided. Sky TV. Netflix. On street parking only but nice wide street. Easy flat access. Pets welcome but please check in with us first to make sure the place is suitable. A small Pet Fee is charged.

Close to Brewtown

A lovely garden to relax in the sun, 5 minute walk to Brewtown and 10 the town centre. Small to medium home with three bedrooms, I am renting out my two spare bedrooms each with a double bed (note extra cost if both rooms occupied). Prefer two single ladies or a couple. Two friendly cats live here and they like to roam everywhere. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are shared with the owner. Free wifi Breakfast is on a help-yourself basis and includes toast, cereal and tea/coffee

Koromiko Gaystay, Wellington, NZ

A warm, friendly homestay located 10 minutes drive from central Wellington, New Zealand. Although many of our guests are gay and bisexual men, we welcome anyone regardless of gender who is queer friendly. We have one room available with one queen sized bed. Price includes buffet-style breakfast, tea and coffee. Share an evening meal with us for an additional NZ$25 per person (including wine) - pay during your stay by cash. NB A minimum of 48 hours booking notice required.

Room and ensuite in seaside suburb.

We ask that guests are fully vaccinated. Our price includes breakfast for two. Your double bedroom and ensuite bathroom in Eastbourne, Wellington looks out onto our garden and is only 250 meters from the beach. The guest accommodation is on a separate floor. with the back door giving easy access to the garden with a spa pool/hot tub and outdoor furniture. Breakfast can be served in our dining room with a view to the harbour. Free parking in our driveway.

'La Glorieta'-Double Bed, breakfast & Harbour view

Kick back in our lovely home overlooking the city. Enjoy the lounge and the balcony with views over the harbour, and city, or relax out back on the deck. You can use the wifi to work from home or take a short stroll to Khandallah Station and take the 15 minute train ride into the CBD to enjoy the shopping and the sights. On a sunny day you will often see sailing boats racing in the harbour and at night the lights of the city shine across the harbour.

Finnimore House BnB - historic home. Erected 1870

Our Historic Victorian House, reputed to be the family home of Sir Julius Vogel (Prime Minister of NZ in 1800s). Finnimore House's proximity to the CBD, South Mt Cook, Newtown, and Vogeltown offers free secure off-street parking for 3-4 cars; 2 large guest bedrooms available ( Blue Room and Library Room) downstairs, with all-day sun; private guest bathroom (not en-suite) ; access to warm living and dining rooms, verandahs and decks.

Better than 'just a room' - this is a dedicated large guest room in my home. It has own TV - SKY/cable, Netflix capable and unlimited Wifi access. Off street parking is usu available. The rate for this room is per person - the room has queen & king single beds to accommodate up to 3 people, enter the number of guests at booking. If you are bringing children aged 2-12 please enquire for a special rate - $25 per child.

Sunny Double/Twin Room at Ronans Rest

Better than 'just a room' - this is a dedicated guest room in my home. You have your own room, with own TV - SKY/cable, Netflix & Amazon capable and unlimited Wifi access. Off street parking is usually available. The rate is per person. The room has a double & single bed so can sleep couple or friends. (It really is too small for 3 people & luggage.) Enter the number of guests at time of booking.

Our beautiful home we wish to share, over looks Wellington City. It is walking distance to the CBD. nThe 2 guest bedrooms, are upstairs while downstairs has a large kitchen, dining room available to guest. Guests share bathroom. The house is unique.
