The Backpacker

Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

This centrally-located 2-bedroom condo in the Avondale neighborhood is close to downtown but still quiet. You're a short walk to multiple neighborhood favorites (Avondale Wine & Cheese, Pearlz Oyster Bar, Gene's Hofbrauhaus and Triangle Char and Bar). Or a short 6 minute drive/Uber to King Street if you want the Southern Charm experience. You’ll love the quiet neighborhood while still having convenient and quick access to downtown and local beaches. Folly Beach is my favorite.

Large Guesthouse with Private Dock & Marsh Views

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. The Blue Bungalow- Central Park Circle

This 2 bedroom home in the heart of Park Circle has just undergone a full renovation. It is conveniently located. 10-15 min drive to downtown Charleston. It is a short walk to all the Park Circle restaurants, breweries, parks, bars, and more. Holy City Brewery, Firefly Distillery, and Riverfront park are right by the house. To enjoy the beach head about 25-35 min to Sullivans Island, Isle of Palms or Folly Beach. Please note there is a train track behind backyard fence.
