Woodcorner Barn is a cosy hideout nestled between our 2 residential properties. It has a log burning stove for the winter & the semi-enclosed courtyard is perfect for enjoying the summer evenings. The Barn is a recently renovated open plan studio space close to Guildford, Woking the A3 & 40mins to London by train.

Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. The Barn at Whitmoor Farm is set in the peaceful Surrey countryside and accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families. It offers two bedrooms — the first with a king bed and bunk beds, and the second with a king bed — plus two single beds in the living area. Enjoy Sky TV, Wi-Fi, and a private indoor grill area. Guests also have shared access to a tennis court, trampoline, and outdoor swimming pool (heated May–September; open unheated until mid-October).
