Come and enjoy the lovely bay views from most every room, walk outside your door and take a hike on the back bay, you can go all the way up to the dunes and back in about 45 minutes on foot. There are many beautiful places to visit in our area, great for bird watching , hiking , kayaking, horseback riding , golfing and more just right around the corner. You'll love my place for the open floor plan, comfortable amenities, beautiful bay views and peaceful location. All ages can enjoy this home!

Our 2BD/2BA welcoming home sleeps 5-7 people (3 or 4 adults + kids is optimal). The living room, dining nook & kitchen are an open floor plan, allowing for gatherings and making memories. The kitchen is stocked with essential cooking equipment. On the front deck we have a gas BBQ, deck chairs and an outdoor table. So LARGE & SPACIOUS! BEST location in Big Bear! SKI/IN-SKI/OUT thru Backyard. Shuttle to Snow Summit & Bear Mountain is just out the backdoor. Morning walks to Starbucks are a tradition, and 1/2 block walk to Walgreen's for "whatever?" is always fun! Kids safely scooter and ride bikes around flat residential neighborhood, restaurants are only a 2 min walk. The village for movies/shops/restaurants is within a mile. The lake, hiking/biking trails all within a few blocks. BEST LOCATION!

Nice open floor plan house with plenty of seating in the living room and at the dining room table. There are 2 full-size refrigerators and long counters for chopping and cooking. The driveway is gravel and the yard is large, but not finished (mostly wild grass growing). The location is great; it's a 10 minute drive/Uber to downtown, The Y, and Heavenly Resort. This home is AIR-CONDITIONED and kept in a hypoallergenic state. We purchased the Rectory from a nearby Church. The renovation of this home was very rewarding.
