Langland View, Langland Bay Road

Langland View recently had a full refurbishment. Photos have been updated, more to come. Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

Welcome to our cosy 1 bedroom ground floor annexe apartment, nestled in the heart of the lovely village of Pennard/Southgate. Located just a short walk to Pennard Castle, the stunning Three Cliffs Bay and Pobbles. Along with a golf club and course, local pub, cafes and convenience stores, a park, library and chemist. A perfect starting point for exploring Gower and beyond, we offer a parking space right outside and are a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which offers routes to and around Swansea.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

The Old School House

The Old School House is a welcoming and beautifully presented cottage brimming with quality fixtures and fittings, where every effort has been made to retain as much history and character as possible. The Gower Hotel is just a stones throw away and the cottage is within walking distance of the delightful South Gower village of Bishopston. With two thriving village pubs, a well-stocked local supermarket and also well positioned for the 'off the beaten track' beaches of Pwll Du and Brandy Cove.

The cottage offers 2 large bedrooms, a cosy lounge with a comfortable double bed settee, separate dining room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom with shower and bath. The large sun trap garden is quiet and peaceful with a fire pit and outdoor seating. You can be assured of a perfect costal retreat.

Modern 1 Bedroom apartment situated set along side my house in a quiet cul-de-sac with outstanding and uninterrupted panoramic sea views over Swansea Bay. It is within walking distance to the centre of mumbles (15mins) where you can find plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants or enjoy a walk along the promenade. You are close to some amazing local beaches within walking distance, Langland & Caswell or Llangennith Beach, Port Eynon and Three Cliffs Bay only a 15 minutes drive away.

A short walk down to Mumbles promenade and onto the seafront. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we have. We are huge dog lovers, so if you have a well behaved pooch please don't leave them behind, they are welcome too! It is gated and fully enclosed, with a private driveway.

The path at the side leads to the castle gardens which is a short cut to the vibrant fishing village of Mumbles. It is quiet and peaceful with everything you need for a perfect coastal retreat. There is off road parking and an EV charger for which usage is billed at the end of the stay, if appropriate.
