West Down has an amazing pub with good food a village shop 3 mins walk away and easy access to the Coast path and Exmoor.

At certain times of year there is an enclosed grass paddock to walk dogs off lead but this cannot be guaranteed, as it is occasionally used for grazing horses. The cottage is a short drive to the beautiful Woolacombe Beach and the harbour town of Ilfracombe.
