Relax in this spacious, 4 room, comfortable and serene cottage near Petersfield, in the South Downs National Park. The bright living room features a log fire, the generous bedroom a king-sized bed. The bathroom is airy, the kitchen well-equipped. All rooms have high ceilings, adding to the roomy feel. Outside is a seating area with table, chairs and parasol. Beautiful country setting with stunning views just outside the cottage with stile to footpath leading up into the 'Hampshire Hangers'.

Award winning architecture in a National Park

Wakeham is a minimalist house in a classical shell. It won the Country Life 'House of the Year' award. It is in the middle of our farm, with woods, valleys & a river, and stunning views of the South Downs. Its pool (closed from 10 Nov to 14 April) is 12ft deep and has 3m and 1m springboards . In winter there remain log fires, a tennis court, a brilliant sandpit, and access to lots of country walks. Great for short stays but also as a base for a few months for house-hunting newcomers. The Annexe - East Hampshire & the South Downs

Welcome to our Annexe. It is a modern, self-contained 2 storey accommodation with a modern fully fitted kitchen (and appliances), living area, gallery bedroom (with double bed) and ensuite. Built in 2013, the annexe is accessed via a private entrance. Free on street parking is available. The Annexe is located in a quiet residential close, approximately 1.1 miles from Petersfield High Street. Light and bright small self contained annex in a picturesque village setting. A short walk to two village pubs, and 5 minutes walk from the southdowns way, ideal for walkers and cyclists. 2 ½ miles from Petersfield town centre and mainline station to Waterloo. I am a huge believer in reuse and renew, doing whatever I can to help the beautiful environment we live in. Most of my furniture is salvaged or upcycled and functional. Bag transfer, dinner and packed lunches available upon prior request.

A stylish and spacious recently renovated recording studio, which has been finished to a high spec with exposed timber beams, brickwork and a stunning log burner perfect for relaxing after exploring all that Hampshire and West Sussex have to offer. There is a large double bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and an open plan living area with sofa beds and log burner that can accommodate up to 3 further guests. There are 3 fantastic pubs within walking distance - one only 50m away!

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Beaufort Lodge - private lodge in tranquil setting

In the heart of the South Downs National Park, Beaufort Lodge is an immaculate, self contained lodge in the garden of our property in the ancient market town of Petersfield. Entry is through its own front door leading to the main living area with king size bed, TV, settee, fridge, microwave, WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities including a Nespresso coffee machine. The separate bathroom is situated at the end of the living area with a walk in double length shower unit, sink and toilet.

The Pool House (for 2 Adults & 2 Children)

This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.

The Pool House: Contemporary country escape

Enjoy a relaxing time in the heart of the South Downs. Have a dip in the pool to cool off or warm up in the hot tub. Consisting of 2 king size beds, double sofa bed, open plan kitchen, dining room and living space. Open up the bi fold doors onto a large patio area with bbq, pizza oven and eating area. Situated 1 mile from the market town of Petersfield. Country walks on the doorstep and 500m from the local pub. Only 20 mins drive to the beach its a great spot for a break.

Converted Granary, South Downs nr Goodwood

Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc
