Prime position in beautiful bushland setting and close (30 minute walk) to CBD. Short distance to kunanyi/Mount Wellington. Brand new driveway. Suitable for guests who are out and about. Very quiet at night. Private unit with separate entrance. New TV. Great choice of cafes, restaurants and food stores in CBD and nearby. Free onsite parking. Not suitable for camper vans.

'So Close'

Small self-contained ground floor unit of older style cottage in beautiful West Hobart. Set on a quiet, street the unit has some water views with outside seating and own entrance. It comfortably sleeps two, however a third person could sleep on the trundle bed under the sofa not on the sofa thanks.
